Route 1 - 52 miles
Over Orton Scar to Crosby Ravensworth,Temple Sowerby and Skirwith, Kirkland, Dufton, Murton to Appleby. Return Burrells, Soulby, Whygill Head, Sunbiggin Tarn Raisbeck and Gaisgill. Mostly flat a few hills
Park and Ride Start Point: Tebay, Penrith CA10 3TP if you are not meeting at the Bellflower.
